Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fat Bastard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Abbot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fat Bastard has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abbot closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bastard circles away.
Abbot looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Some wild striking there from Bastard.
Abbot with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Bastard to score with a decent uppercut.

It looks like Frank Abbot has been cut.
Bastard stalks Abbot and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Abbot's face. Abbot staggers backwards, shaken.
Abbot takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bastard misses with a few strikes there.
Abbot tries to clinch there but Bastard circles away.
Bastard throws a nice looking combination but Abbot bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Abbot shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Fat Bastard has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Frank Abbot.
Bastard fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A right-left combo lands from Bastard.
A combination from Bastard does no damage.
Bastard throws a series of punches but Abbot avoids them all with ease.
Abbot fails with a takedown attempt.
Abbot looks gassed!
Bastard tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Abbot paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Bastard lands a right hook to the body.

Bastard closes the distance and lands a one-two.

That has opened up Frank Abbot's cut even more.
Bastard swinging wilding here.
Bastard throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bastard throws a series of punches but Abbot avoids them all with ease.
No joy there for Bastard, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Bastard lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Bastard misses with a few strikes there.
Abbot has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

The cut above Frank Abbot's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Bastard clinches up against the cage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Bastard breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Bastard throws a series of strikes that have Abbot backpedaling.

Abbot is rocked!
Bastard misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bastard lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Bastard misses with a wild combination.
A punch combination from Bastard misses.

Bastard lands the left hand.

Frank Abbot's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Abbot dodges the punch combination from Bastard.
Bastard misses with a double jab.
Bastard lands a jab-cross combination.
Bastard lands a jab to the nose.
No joy there for Bastard, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Abbot tries to clinch but Bastard is having none of it.
Abbot is trying desperately to land a takedown but Bastard is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Abbot.

Bastard instigates a clinch.

Bastard manages to break the clinch.

Bastard tries to close the distance and clinch but Abbot swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bastard stands and steps away. Abbot gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Abbot.
Abbot avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Bastard fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
A right-left combo lands from Bastard.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Frank Abbot's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
