Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Igor Prikhodko and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kirkland gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Oliver sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Kirkland's guard.
Oliver tries to stand but his arm is trapped.
Kirkland lands with a few short shots to the body.
Oliver wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kirkland keeps working.
Kirkland looking for submissions off his back.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kirkland is staying active underneath Oliver, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Oliver lands a nice short elbow.
It looks like Wallace Kirkland has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kirkland blocking the ground and pound attempt from Oliver.
Kirkland really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Oliver lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Kirkland quite badly. Kirkland pulls Oliver in close trying to recover. Oliver postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Kirkland on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Kirkland doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Alex Oliver!
