Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rumpel Stiltskin (ranked 2976 p4p, 378 weight class) and Ziyardi Batukayev (ranked 20844 p4p, 688 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Ziyardi Batukayev!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Hirohito Nitta and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stiltskin darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Stiltskin is looking for a kimura here.
Stiltskin is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Batukayev doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Stiltskin.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Stiltskin is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Batukayev has managed to free his arm - good work.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Stiltskin stops Batukayev from getting back to his feet.
Stiltskin tries to pass to full mount but Batukayev defends it.
Stiltskin is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Batukayev defends it well.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Stiltskin is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Stiltskin seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Batukayev for as long as he can get away with.
Batukayev wants to sweep but Stiltskin has passed to side control!

Stiltskin swings around for an armbar but Batukayev sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Stiltskin's guard.
Stiltskin wants to sweep here but Batukayev controlling him for the moment.
Stiltskin is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Batukayev frees his head nicely. Oh but Stiltskin has switched to an armbar! Batukayev is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
