The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lentz shoots in but Lamalmar avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Nice uppercut lands for Lamalmar. That snapped Lentz's head back.
Lamalmar looks to throw the jab but Lentz is out of range.

Lentz tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lamalmar sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Lentz somewhat.

Lamalmar cracks Lentz with an uppercut from hell and Lentz crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Lamalmar's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

Lentz wants to improve his position but instead Lamalmar has moved into half guard.

Lamalmar wants to free his trapped foot but Lentz is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Lamalmar creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Lentz's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Lentz drops to his knees and Lamalmar pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
