PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Young Spray (ranked 5918 p4p, 356 weight class) and Antonio Brown (ranked 2234 p4p, 198 weight class). Brown has chosen Gangsta Paradise as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Antonio Brown told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spray throws a head kick that misses.

Brown shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Spray napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Brown wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Spray, who protects the arm well.
Brown tries to advance to mount but Spray denies him.
Spray knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Brown on the ground.
Brown is looking to take a break and control but Spray is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Brown is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Brown postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Brown tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

Brown has an Americana. Spray didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Brown is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Brown hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

A less than humble Antonio Brown misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
