Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Schmorgen Biscuit (ranked 803 p4p, 32 weight class) and Japa Koniu (ranked 923 p4p, 36 weight class). Schmorgen Biscuit has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Biscuit moves into the clinch.

Biscuit is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Koniu can't fight it off and eventually Biscuit manages to take the fight to the floor. Koniu looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Koniu throws a leg kick which misses Biscuit's front leg but catches the back leg as Biscuit tries to avoid it.
Koniu throws a push kick but Biscuit slaps the foot to one side.

A punch lands to the side of Biscuit 's head but he takes it in his stride.

Biscuit throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Koniu sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Koniu throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Biscuit stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Biscuit fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Koniu manages to avoid it.
Koniu throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Schmorgen Biscuit's cut is getting worse.
Japa Koniu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Biscuit misses the shot to the body.
Koniu throws out a counter right but Biscuit avoids it with no problem.
Koniu connects with a leg kick. Biscuit looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Biscuit throws a front kick aimed at Koniu's knee but Koniu avoids it well.

That kick from Koniu tenderised Biscuit's leg. Biscuit is trying to keep his angry face on.

Koniu feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Biscuits jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Biscuit connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Koniu momentarily.
Biscuit takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Biscuit has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Koniu regains guard immediately.
Koniu wants to stand and escape but Biscuit is having none of it.
Koniu is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Biscuit's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Schmorgen Biscuit's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Koniu has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.

Koniu is pawing at Biscuit, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Biscuit's nose. Biscuit is badly hurt! Koniu pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Biscuit tries desperately to hold on but Koniu is relentless in his assault! As Biscuit receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Koniu away and this one is in the books!
