The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zeppidy slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Jackson tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Zeppidy was well out of range. Poor timing from Jackson.

Jackson misses with a body shot.
Zeppidy connects with a body shot.
Jackson walks into a left hand.
Zeppidy ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Jackson moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Zeppidy , as that shot connected.
Jackson drops his hands momentarily and Zeppidy takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Zeppidy wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Zeppidy scores with a nice right hand.
Jackson takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Zeppidy slips under a jab.
Zeppidy scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Jackson doesn't seem bothered though.

Richard Zeppidy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Zeppidy swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Jackson.
Zeppidy connects with a good right hand that stumbles Jackson. Jackson circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Jackson doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Zeppidy takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Zeppidy tests Jackson's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Zeppidy connects with a body shot.
Zeppidy connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Jackson momentarily.
Zeppidy digs a good body shot into Jackson's ribs.

Zeppidy feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Jackson sprawling to the canvas! Jackson rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Zeppidy finish him?!

Zeppidy drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Jackson's head, knocking him out cold! Zeppidy is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
