Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nick Sins (ranked 4128 p4p, 439 weight class) and Thomas White (ranked 7333 p4p, 0 weight class). White has chosen Schatten as his entrance music. Thomas White told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and White has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from White and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
