Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Felix Sierra (ranked 5777 p4p, 202 weight class) and Muhammad Khalil (ranked 5781 p4p, 109 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Ben Watson and Chris Dean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khalil circles away from the clinch attempt.
Khalil lands with an overhand left.
Khalil throws a low kick but Sierra avoids it.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Sierra lands with a kick to the temple. Khalil shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Sierra jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Khalil lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.

Khalil feints a jab promting Sierra to slip. Khalil then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Sierra slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Sierra takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Khalil looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Sierra takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Sierra gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Khalil is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Sierra had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Khalil counters with a lovely shot to the body.

Sierra has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Sierra there as he acknowledges the shot.
Sierra throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A nice side step and Khalil releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Khalil lands a right hook to the body.
Khalil goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Khalil stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Sierra walks into a stiff left hand from Khalil.
Khalil scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Khalil clinches up with Sierra and pushes him back against the ropes.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Muhammad Khalil seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
