Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Harri Hasardeur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jack Williams is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Harri Hasardeur!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack Williams!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Colin Fotheringham and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams swats away the attempt to clinch by Hasardeur.
Hasardeur works over Williams's head and body with a nice combination.


It looks like Jack Williams has been cut.
Hasardeur shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Williams as he avoids it easily.
Williams throws the kick towards the body but Hasardeur avoids it.
Hasardeur misses with a wild combination.
Williams looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Hasardeur looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Hasardeur keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Williams.

Williams closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Williams lands in his opponent's guard.
Williams postures up in Hasardeur's guard and throws a big left but Hasardeur blocks it.
Hasardeur is looking to stand up but Williams isn't so interested in that idea.
Williams stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hasardeur swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Williams lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Hasardeur is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Williams throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hasardeur works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Williams has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Williams is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Hasardeur keeping moving, preventing Williams from controlling successfully.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Hasardeur circles away from the clinch attempt.
Hasardeur throws a right and a left that Williams avoids nicely.
Williams shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Hasardeur as he avoids it easily.

Williams changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hasardeur looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Williams decides to stand back up. Williams steps back and let's Hasardeur get back to his feet.
Williams looks gassed!
Hasardeur keeps the fight on the outside.
Harri Hasardeur seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Horrible takedown by Williams or perhaps it was just good defense by Hasardeur which made him look bad.
Hasardeur lands a nice hook to Williams's body. Williams takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Hasardeur gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Williams counters by moving into the clinch.
Williams blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Hasardeur wants to break free but Williams has control.

Williams is trying to trip Hasardeur. He has hold of a leg but Hasardeur is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Williams persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Williamsis looking to pass into half guard but Hasardeur pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Hasardeur is in guard.

Hasardeur gets to his feet. Williams looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
No joy there for Hasardeur, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Nice takedown defense from Williams. No joy for Hasardeur on that attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Harri Hasardeur. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Williams bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Williams stands up.
No joy there for Williams, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
A right-left combo lands from Hasardeur.

Williams closes the distance and pushes Hasardeur back into the cage.
Hasardeur wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Williams has him pressed against the cage.

Williams jumps guard.
Hasardeur has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Williams not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Williams looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Williams throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Hasardeur knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Williams on the ground.
Williams trying to keep a closed guard but Hasardeur is proving a slippery customer.

Williams pushes Hasardeur off and scrambles back to his feet.
Williams misses with a hook. Hasardeur ducked under it nicely.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Hasardeur will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Williams scores with a kick to the midsection.

Williams gets a takedown into half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Hasardeur's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Hasardeur steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Williams. That one must have hurt.
Hasardeur lands a two punch combo.
A punch combination from Hasardeur misses.
Hasardeur misses with the combination.
Williams throws a head kick but Hasardeur moves out of range.
Williams throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Williams misses with a takedown attempt - Hasardeur sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Williams stuffs the takedown.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hasardeur looks to land a combination. Williams sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Williams fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hasardeur, pushing him back against the cage.
Williams is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Hasardeur gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Williams breaks from the clinch.
Hasardeur connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Hasardeur regains half guard, as Williams was trying to land strikes.
Williams is trying to control the action in half guard but Hasardeur is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Williams is keen to just control but Hasardeur is a slippery customer.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Williams is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Hasardeur doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Williams.
Williams uses his free foot to push down on Hasardeur's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Hasardeur.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Williams thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Williams misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Williams with shots to the head and body - Hasardeur looks very uncomfortable down there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jack Williams showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!


Williams tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hasardeur swats him away and circles back towards the center.

and Williams counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Hasardeur is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Williams is tying to control. Hasardeur wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Williams works his foot free and advances to mount.

Williams tries to control but Hasardeur wriggling away.
Williams cracks Hasardeur with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Williams unloads with some shots from mount but Hasardeur bucks and avoids them well.
Williams throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Williams unloads with some shots from mount but Hasardeur bucks and avoids them well.
Hasardeur is desperately trying to improve his position but Williams has a good base and remains in mount.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Williams punching from mount but Hasardeur doing a good job of avoiding damage.
Hasardeur holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Williams tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Williams jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Hasardeur is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Hasardeur and Williams has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Williams cracks Hasardeur with a big right hand but Hasardeur just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Williams wants to control but Hasardeur is keeping him busy.
Williams advances to mount.
Hasardeur's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Williams breaks from Hasardeur's wrist control and lands an elbow.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Williams landing strikes from the mount and Hasardeur is in trouble!
Williams lands a big shot there that rocks Hasardeur but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Williams has control of Hasardeur's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Hasardeur regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Hasardeur is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Harri Hasardeur has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Jack Williams is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Williams trying to control but Hasardeur is having none of it.

And that's the end of the fight!
Jack Williams comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Williams winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
