The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zombie scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Zombie attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Clarks takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Clarks takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Clarks clinches.
Zombie scores with a shot to the side of Clarks's head.
Zombie lands a nice uppercut.
Zombie is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Clarks takes an elbow to the forehead.
Zombie unloads a knee to the mid-section. Clarks lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Zombie pushes off an throws an elbow but Clarks leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Zombie throws an elbow that misses.
Zombie misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Zombie using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Clarks has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Clarks tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Zombie smiles and moves away.
Clarks keeps the fight on the outside.
It looked like Clarks wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Zombie misses with a wild combination.
It looked like Clarks was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Zombie.

Zombie throws a good cross that connects.
Zombie fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Zombie doesn't manage to clinch there - Clarks circles away.
Zombie throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Zombie misses with a jab, cross combination.
Zombie throws a shot to the body.
Clarks ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Zombie moves away.
Zombie throws a looping overhand right but Clarks ducks down to avoid it.
Clarks is looking to counter punch.
Zombie lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Clarks throws a series of punches but Zombie avoids them all with ease.
Zombie bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Zombie has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Clarks works Zombie's body with a nice hook.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Korean Zombie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Clarks throws a combination. Zombie tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Zombie thuds a left hand into Clarks's body.
Clarks looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Zombie throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Clarks on the side of the head.
Clarks fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Zombie lands a nice looking body shot.
Clarks takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Zombie just misses with a punch to the body.
A little feinted left hand from Clarks on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Zombie dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Clarks takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Zombie moves away from the strike by Clarks.
Zombie thumps Clarks with a low kick.
Clarks tries to move into range but Zombie moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Zombie avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Zombie displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Clarks throws out the jab.

Clarks fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Zombie looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Zombie fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Clarks on the side of the head.
Clarks throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Clarks takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Clarks misses with a hook
and Zombie counters with a big right hand! Oh Clarks is in trouble here! Zombie follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
