The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Bruno Lombardi and Jorge Garcia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
LaMotta throws a combination. Mankiw tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

It looks like Gregory Mankiw has been cut.
Mankiw walks into a left hand.
LaMotta scores with a punch to the head.
LaMotta throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
LaMotta is looking to chop away at Mankiw's legs.
Mankiw keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A big right from LaMotta misses.
LaMotta looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Mankiw swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
LaMotta fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
LaMotta looks to land a right hand but Mankiw moved out of range.
Mankiw throws a right and a left that both miss.
Mankiw steps to the side to avoid the strikes from LaMotta.
LaMotta stuffs the takedown attempt from Mankiw. Mankiw gets slowly back to his feet.
Mankiw ducks down and throws a hook to the body but LaMotta moves away.
LaMotta uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Mankiw has time to react.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mankiw lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but LaMotta circles away quickly and effectively.
Mankiw takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Mankiw is rocked!
LaMotta walks into a straight right hand from Mankiw.
Oh Mankiw is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
LaMotta misses with a straight right.
Mankiw slips under a jab from LaMotta.
Mankiw staying out of range there.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A jab from LaMotta misses.
LaMotta throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
LaMotta thuds a left hand into Mankiw's body.
Mankiw is breathing heavily.
LaMotta throws a jab but it's blocked by Mankiw.
Mankiw seems to have got his legs back now.
LaMotta stuns Mankiw with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Jake LaMotta is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
LaMotta scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
LaMotta lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Mankiw at a distance.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mankiw takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
LaMotta closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Mankiw! LaMotta dives in looking to finish! Mankiw is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
