The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Santiago Holmes and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jenkins shoots for a takedown but Muhammad saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Jenkins avoids a punch combination nicely.
Muhammad drives through with a takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Muhammad wants to control from the top but Jenkins keeps moving.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jenkins keeping full guard, as Muhammad tries to pass.
Jenkins seems keen to control Muhammad's posture.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Muhammad throws an elbow that misses. Jenkins uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Muhammad's guard. Nice move by Jenkins!
Jenkins wants to pass the guard but Muhammad is keeping the position.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Muhammad wants to stand and escape but Jenkins is having none of it.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

and Jenkins counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Jenkins.
Jenkins wants to control from the top but Muhammad keeps moving.
Jenkins is really struggling to control Muhammad but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Muhammad is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Muhammad is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Jenkins is trying to maintain the position but Muhammad is very close to passing his half guard.
Jenkins regains full guard. Nicely done.
Jenkins looking to hit a scissor sweep but Muhammad is one step ahead there.
Muhammad really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jenkins. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Muhammad stays in close to Jenkins's body and controls the position.
Jenkins wants to sweep but no luck.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Jenkins has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Muhammad doesn't defend quickly enough and Jenkins has managed to lock this one up! Can Muhammad escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Jenkins on a fantastic submission victory.
