The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hoes scores with a sloppy right hand. Meoff should have avoided that one.
Meoff closes this distance looking for a takedown but Hoes circles away.
Meoff could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Hoes stuffs the takedown.
Nice sprawl there from Hoes as Meoff shoots in.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Meoff. That's going to take a lot out of him.

It looks like Jack Meoff has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hoes is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Meoff flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Meoff is out cold! Hoes holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
