Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mister Gibbs (ranked 21512 p4p, 694 weight class) and Wong Tong Chicken (ranked 6330 p4p, 562 weight class). Wong Tong Chicken will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gibbs misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Chicken shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Gibbs sprawls well. Gibbs wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Chicken gets slowly back to his feet.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Gibbs unloads with some shots from mount but Chicken bucks and avoids them well.

Chicken felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Chicken lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Wong Tong Chicken has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
