Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Temirlan Ashimov (ranked 5698 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ravinder Frost (ranked 6471 p4p, 0 weight class). Ashimov comes to the cage accompanied by System Of A Down - Chop Suey!. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ashimov throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Frost tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Ashimov is in Frost's guard.
Ashimov throws a big right hand that misses.
Ashimov seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Ashimov stops Frost from standing up.
Ashimov postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Ashimov is looking to work some ground and pound but Frost has wrist control.
Ashimov stands and throws Frost's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Ashimov tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
The referee warns Frost that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

A big strike lands for Ashimov! That's really hurt Frost and he's turned his back - Ashimov keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Ashimov jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
