And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brent Wyatt!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Steve Montenegro and Dean Styles.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wyatt closes the distance and clinches.
Wyatt has Brekker pressed against the cage, preventing Brekker from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Brekker escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Brekker misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

and Wyatt counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Wyatt.

Brekker lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Brekker takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Brekker moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Brekker goes for a double leg but Wyatt avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Wyatt continues to drive forward.
Wyatt throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Brekker.
Wyatt lands a really nice looking cross but Brekker seems unphased.
Brekker fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Brekker takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Oh Brekker is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Wyatt manages to break the clinch.
Wyatt dodges the punch combination from Brekker.
Brekker seems to have got his legs back now.

Wyatt lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Brent Wyatt is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Brekker throws out a loose jab but Wyatt uses good head movement to avoid it.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Our sources have told us that Brekker has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight.

Wyatt pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Wyatt walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Brekker moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Wyatt jabs at Brekker's body.
Wyatt keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Brekker.
Wyatt misses with a double jab.
Wyatt connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Brekker covering up! Wyatt comes in with a big uppercut and Brekker goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Brent Wyatt!
