The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McDonald clinches.

McDonald escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
McDonald has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Rumper finds it's way round the side to connect with McDonald's head.
McDonald has been working on his boxing with his coaches at All Star Performance Institute in the buildup to the fight.
Rumper cracks McDonald with an open hand slap.
McDonald takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Rumper throws a body punch but McDonald moves out of range.

McDonald fails with a takedown attempt.
McDonald is looking to clinch but Rumper is avoiding it.
McDonald fails in his attempt to clinch.
Rumper slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

McDonald is rocked!
Rumper is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches McDonald flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! McDonald is out cold! Rumper holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
