The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steiner wants to clinch.
Steiner stuffs the takedown.
Steiner throws a right and a left that both miss.
Steiner throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Good shot there by Steiner.
Game tries for a takedown but Steiner sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Steiner loads up on a big right hand but Game slips the punch.

Steiner stuffs the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for The Game. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Steiner throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Game tumbling to the canvas!

Game is rocked!

Game looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Oh Game is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Steiner advances position into side control!
Game is trying to control Steiner's posture but Steiner avoids it.
Game seems to have got his legs back now.
Game managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Steiner.
Game sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Steiner is nestled in close to Game, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Steiner wants to stand up but Game is controlling the position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Steiner wants to take Game's back but he can't do it this time.
Game is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Steiner scoring with strikes but Game is staying in there.
Steiner takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Despite being in the dominant position, Sting Steiner just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Steiner lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Game is looking to close the distance but Steiner sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Game crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Game is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
