The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice combination there by Reigns.
Reigns closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Hogan did well to prevent Reigns getting side control.
Reigns looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Reigns scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Hogan is looking to control Reigns's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Hogan avoid being mounted?
Hogan works his way to full guard. Good work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Hogan is on top in guard.
Hogan throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Reigns works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Reigns wants to reverse the position here. Hogan has hold of a leg though and he's dropped back looking for a kneebar! The fighters roll across the mat but Reigns is forced to tap! Reigns looks devastated but at least his leg points in the right direction.

Hollywood Hogan bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
