Sullivan looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Sullivan content to stall in guard here.
Sullivan working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Benson's head.
Benson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Sullivan is one step ahead there.
Benson utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sullivan slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Sullivan has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Sullivan drops back looking for a leg! Benson is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Benson manages to kick Sullivan off! Sullivan jumps back into Benson's guard.

Sullivan passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Benson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sullivan on the ground.
Sullivan in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.

Benson is rocked!

Sullivan has an Americana. Benson didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Sullivan is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Sullivan hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
