Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Paul Kruger (ranked 5737 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fun Fest (ranked 2817 p4p, 0 weight class). Kruger's entrance music is Fire and Fury. A fine choice. Kruger has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Paul Kruger looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Yuuki Gou and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fest scores with a takedown into Kruger's guard.
Kruger looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Fest throwing strikes but missing.
Fest is stalling in the full guard.
Fest trying to control the position from guard on top but Kruger is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Fest passes Kruger's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Fest is nestled in close to Kruger, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Fest in particular looking to stall.
Fest has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Fest is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Fest is keen to just control but Kruger is a slippery customer.
Kruger makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
A jab from Fest finds it's way through Kruger's defenses.
Fest digs a good hook to Kruger's body.
Fest looks to score with a jab to the body but Kruger is just out of range.
Fest lands with a slapping head kick.
Fest fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Kruger to the ground. Fest is now in Kruger's guard.
Kruger is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Kruger can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Fest controls the pace.
Oh Kruger is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kruger has momentary wrist control but Fest slips an elbow through the middle.
Fest distracts Kruger with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Fest is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Fest scoring with some ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fest postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Kruger covers up, he's hurt! Fest keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Fest and the ref steps in to end the fight! Fest can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Fun Fest!
An intense looking Fun Fest took to the microphone post fight and gave a little speech: 'I'm getting sick of beating your ass.'.
