And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Cecil Peabody and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Shelby tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Brown is in Shelby's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Brown slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Shelby is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Brown has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Brown has hold of Shelby's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Shelby tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Brown cranks the arm and Shelby screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Shelby, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Tyson Brown!
