Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bwana Mkubwa (ranked 8352 p4p, 243 weight class) and Paulo Magalhaes (ranked 9141 p4p, 253 weight class). Mkubwa comes to the cage accompanied by You're Going Down. Paulo Magalhaes has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Chris Dean and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mkubwa scores with a crisp jab that stopped Magalhaes in his tracks.
Magalhaes should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Mkubwa scores with a jab to the head.
It looks like Paulo Magalhaes has been cut.
Magalhaes shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Mkubwa cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Magalhaes shoots in but Mkubwa avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Mkubwa connects with a looping right hand.
Magalhaes shoots for a takedown but Mkubwa saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Bwana Mkubwa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Paulo Magalhaes.
Magalhaes fails with a takedown attempt.
Mkubwa is looking to counter punch.
Mkubwa throws a combination. Magalhaes tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Mkubwa slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Magalhaes looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Magalhaes walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
That has opened up Paulo Magalhaes's cut even more.
Mkubwa's corner calls for a 1-2. Mkubwa obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Mkubwa is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Mkubwa scores with a decent looking hook.
Magalhaes is rocked!
Mkubwa lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Magalhaes falls backwards - clearly groggy! Mkubwa dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bwana Mkubwa!
