Adams scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Tikhonov sneaks back into half guard.
Tikhonov is looking to improve his position.
Adams wants to pass the guard but Tikhonov is defending well.
Tikhonov moves into full guard.
Adams won't allow Tikhonov to sweep him here.

Tikhonov is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Adams wants to control from the top but Tikhonov keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Tikhonov is going olschool here, as he tries to force Adams to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Adams shrugs it off.

Adams is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Tikhonov pulls his head out easily.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Tikhonov quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Tikhonov but it's paid off an Adams is forced to tap! Nice work by Tikhonov.
