Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Bruno Lombardi and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mark clobbers Stevenson with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Mark has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Mark pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Stevenson back to the cage. Mark follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Stevenson misses the shot to the body.
Mark slips under a jab from Stevenson.
Mark lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Stevenson at a distance.
Stevenson tries to clinch up but Mark circles away and keeps his distance.

Mark bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Stevenson's head backwards.

Mark tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Stevenson was well out of range. Poor timing from Mark.
Mark is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

Stevenson takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Mark scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
That has opened up Bear Stevenson's cut even more.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Stevenson has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bear Stevenson's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Stevenson is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Marky Mark tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
