The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sweeney is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Sweeney paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Pipes shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sweeney but Sweeney pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Sweeney cracks a nice hook into Pipes's ribs.
Pipes definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Sweeney throws a good cross that connects.
Nice sprawl there from Sweeney as Pipes shoots in.
Sweeney's jab looks to have found its range, popping Pipes under the eye.
Pipes shoots in looking for a takedown but Sweeney manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Pipes's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Sweeney unleashes a big counter combination but Pipes bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
