Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jonas Lofmark!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Fred Dodd!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shigeki Fujiwara.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dodd swinging wildly here.
Dodd is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Dodd slips a straight right by Lofmark.
Dodd follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
Sloppy strikes from Dodd. Those never looked like landing.
Dodd swats away the attempt to clinch by Lofmark.
Dodd lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Lofmark takes a jab right on the kisser.
Lofmark connects with a crisp jab.


It looks like Fred Dodd has been cut.
Lofmark steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Dodd.
Lofmark was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dodd misses the jab.
Lofmark looks to land a left hand but Dodd moved out of range nicely.

Dodd fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Lofmark, pushing him back against the cage.
Lofmark lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Dodd lands a hook that snaps the head of Lofmark backwards.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Lofmark takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Dodd prevents a takedown attempt there.
Dodd prevents a body shot from Lofmark.
With the fighters up against the cage, Dodd throws an elbow but misses.
Lofmark misses with a punch on the inside.
Dodd blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Dodd misses with a hook from the clinch.
Lofmark works on Dodd's body with a couple of short punches.
Dodd working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Lofmark blocks an elbow strike.
Dodd lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.


It looks like Jonas Lofmark has been cut.

Lofmark lands a nice uppercut.
Lofmark's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Dodd scores with a shoulder strike.
Lofmark drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Dodd gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Lofmark struggles to land a body shot inside as Dodd controls his hands.
Lofmark throws a punch but it's blocked by Dodd.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Lofmark as Dodd tries to tie him up.
Lofmark has Dodd pressed against the cage.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Dodd pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Lofmark stalls.
Dodd stops a takedown attempt from Lofmark.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jonas Lofmark. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Dodd is pressed up against the cage. Lofmark has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Dodd down to the mat. Dodd avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Dodd misses with the combination.
A swing and a miss from Dodd.
Dodd throws a lazy right hand but Lofmark sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Dodd gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Dodd lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lofmark working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Dodd has passed into half guard!

Lofmark works his way to full guard. Good work.

Lofmark had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Dodd defends it easily.

Lofmark is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Fred Dodd dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!


Lofmark walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Dodd steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Lofmark.
Dodd throws a left and a right that both miss
and Lofmark counters with a nice body shot.
Dodd catches Lofmark with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Dodd throws a nice looking combination but Lofmark bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Dodd dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Dodd swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Lofmark counters with a nice body shot.
Lofmark misses with a few strikes there.
Dodd keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Lofmark.
Dodd scores with a hook.
Dodd lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dodd wants to clinch
and Lofmark counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Lofmark moves out of range of the strikes.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Dodd walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Fred Dodd is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Dodd throws a nice inside leg kick.
Lofmark keeps the fight on the outside.

Dodd lands a left and a right that send Lofmark crashing to the mat, dazed. Dodd thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!


Lofmark is rocked!
Lofmark takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Lofmark digs a good body shot into Dodd's ribs.
Dodd has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dodd misses with a hook to the body
and Lofmark cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Dodd slips a jab and a cross from Lofmark.
Dodd misses with a left hand
and Lofmark connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.


That has opened up Fred Dodd's cut even more.
Lofmark throws a right and a left that Dodd avoids nicely.
Dodd throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Dodd thows a left - swing and a miss!
Lofmark bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Dodd's head.
Lofmark takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lofmark cracks Dodd with a hook to the temple - Dodd is on wobbly legs here! Lofmark swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Dodd falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Lofmark wins by TKO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:06 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Jonas Lofmark!
Jonas Lofmark took some time post fight to say the following; 'My last fight for this joke of an org. Fighter asks his buddy to strip the champ of the belt because he cant win it fair and square. Screw that shit, I'll sit out my contract.'.
