The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Robert Twigg and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crystal throws a body kick that misses
and Perkins counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Perkins has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Crystal bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Perkins's guard.
Crystal trying to control but Perkins is working from the bottom.
Crystal stands and steps away. Perkins gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Perkins stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Perkins wants it to stay on the feet.
Crystal misses with an attempted mid kick.
Perkins on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Perkins is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Crystal bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Perkins's head.
Perkins could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Crystal, as that shot connected.
Crystal tries to clinch up but Perkins circles away and keeps his distance.
Perkins seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Crystal fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Perkins, pushing him back against the cage.
Crystal breaks the clinch.
The fight stays on the outside here - Crystal looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Crystal, as that shot connected.
Perkins looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Crystal looks to land a combination. Perkins sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
It looks like Hector Perkins has been cut.
Crystal closes the distance and clinches up with Perkins, looking for a takedown. Crystal pushes Perkins against the cage but Perkins circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
As Crystal tries to get set, Perkins tries to push him back and clinch up but Crystal manages to avoid the attempt.
Billy Crystal seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Crystal lands a jab to Perkins's midsection.
Perkins will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Crystal.
Perkins moves forwards but Crystal connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Crystal misses with a takedown attempt
and Perkins counters by clinching up.
Hector Perkins has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Billy Crystal.

Crystal looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Crystal breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Crystal throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Perkins.
Perkins feinted with a counter takedown.

Crystal fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Perkins is out of range.

Crystal scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Perkins tries to score a body lock takedown but Crystal shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Perkins tries to break the clinch but Crystal is controlling the position.
Crystal breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Perkins throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Crystal just misses with a punch to the body.
Crystal darts in and clinches Perkins up against the cage.

Crystal fails with the takedown
and Perkins counters with a one-two to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Crystal throws a right and a left that Perkins avoids nicely.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Perkins crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Crystal - the referee stops the clock and Perkins gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Crystal. Perkins manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Crystal is defended easily by Perkins.

A nice inside leg kick there by Crystal. That's going to slow Perkins down.
Perkins avoids a kick to the body.
Perkins tries to keep at a distance but Crystal has taken the fight into the clinch.
Come on Perkins - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Crystal escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Crystal moves into range and clinches up with Perkins.

Perkins has Crystal pressed against the cage, preventing Crystal from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Crystal pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Perkins controlling the action here for a moment.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Perkins jumps guard but Crystal turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Perkins fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Crystal manages to avoid it.
Crystal swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Perkins.
Crystal has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

It looked like Perkins was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Crystal.
Crystal has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Crystal throws a series of punches but Perkins moves out of range.

Hector Perkins is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

and Crystal connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Billy Crystal showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
