Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ivan Bernados!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kanto Terror!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Stewart Dunkirk and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bernados throws a head kick but Terror moves out of range.
Bernados closes the distance and clinches up with Terror, looking for a takedown. Bernados pushes Terror against the cage but Terror circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Bernados tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Terror is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Bernados's half guard.
Terror winds up and cracks Bernados with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Terror not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bernados tries to kick Terror off but Terror keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Terror looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Bernados tries to roll over but Terror keeps him under control.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Well, if Terror is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Let's hope that Terror has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Terror bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Terror staying calm.
Bernados gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Bernados tries to roll over but Terror keeps him under control.

Terror thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Bernados's head.

We're seeing a lot of stalling here from Terror.
Terror thows a huge punch but Bernados dodges it nicely.

Terror lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

Bernados shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Terror but Terror pushes him off and we're back to square one.
A nice side step and Terror releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Terror leaves Bernados with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Terror has worked on his takedown defense in the runup to this fight and it is paying off so far.

Terror clobbers Bernados with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Kanto Terror seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Terror has closed the distance and engaged Bernados in a clinch.

Terror escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bernados slaps away a takedown attempt from Terror, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Bernados appears to be looking for a big counter.
Terror displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Bernados throws out the jab.

We've been told by Bernados's head coaches at Bi-Polar Asylum LV's #1 Public Training Center that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Terror pushes Bernados up against the cage in a clinch.
Terror stalls.
Bernados goes for a takedown in the clinch but Terror prevents it.

Terror keeping moving, preventing Bernados from controlling successfully.

Bernados thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Terror pulls Bernados in close to prevent any damage.

and Terror counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Kanto Terror showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Bernados's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Terror gets control of Bernados's arms and successfully pulls guard. Terror will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Terror has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Bernados off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

and Terror counters with a nice low kick that buckles Bernados's knee momentarily.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Terror is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Terror is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Bernados presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
Terror's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Bernados fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Bernados tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Terror just stands there and leans against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ivan Bernados. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Terror turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!

Bernados sneaks out the side door and pushes Terror away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
Terror throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bernados.
Terror feints a jab promting Bernados to slip. Terror then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Bernados slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bernados jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Terror walks away with a smile on his face. Bernados gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Bernados throws a right and a left that both miss.
Terror defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Bernados.

Terror tries to counter with a clinch but Bernados shakes him off and moves away.

and Terror counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Bernados is looking to improve his position.
Terror working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Kanto Terror comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Terror has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
