Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tower uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Kaalee has time to react.
Tower takes one on the button.
Tower misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Kaalee missing with a left hand there. Tower was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Tower appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
We've been informed that Kaalee has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Tower blocks the body kick.
Kaalee throws a looping overhand right but Tower ducks down to avoid it.
Kaalee tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Tower paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Kaalee drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Tower jabs Kaalee right on the nose. Kaalee blinks but takes it well.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Tower counters with a nice low kick that buckles Kaalee's knee momentarily.
Tower misses with an uppercut.

Tower is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Kaalee's half guard.
Tower wants to take a breather but Kaalee is having none of it.
