The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gallagher misses with a straight right.
Gallagher works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

Gallagher gets caught napping as Punzo dives in and scores a takedown. Gallagher manages to retain guard.
Punzo is standing up over Gallagher. Gallagher looks to escape but Punzo dives into side control.

Horrible takedown attempt by Punzo or perhaps it was just good defense by Gallagher, which made it look bad.

Gallagher lands a nice hook to Punzo's body. Punzo takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Punzo looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Gallagher throws a lazy right hand but Punzo sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Punzo is breathing heavily.

Gallagher lands a left and a right that send Punzo crashing to the mat, dazed. Gallagher thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Punzo is rocked!
Gallagher cracks Punzo with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Punzo falls to his knees and Gallagher doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
