Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jason Boles (ranked 9476 p4p, 783 weight class) and Arany Dali (ranked 3521 p4p, 459 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Josh West and Jeff Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Boles darts in and clinches Dali up against the cage.
Boles blocks an uppercut.
Boles tries to score a body lock takedown but Dali shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Boles is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Dali lands an uppercut.
Still in the clinch, Dali scores with a nice short uppercut.

Boles escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Dali keeps control of Boles as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Dali lands a hook that snaps the head of Boles backwards.
Boles tries for a takedown but Dali manages to get underhooks.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Boles breaks the clinch.
Boles takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Dali throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Boles sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Boles throws a series of punches but Dali moves out of range.
Boles moves forwards but Dali connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Boles tries to score a power double leg takedown but Dali sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Boles somewhat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jason Boles. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A right-left combo lands from Boles.
Dali has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Dali scores with a nice strike.
Dali fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Boles.
Dali lands a leg kick that knocks Boles off balance momentarily.
Dali connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Dali's corner calls for a 1-2. Dali obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Dali lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Boles fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Dali manages to avoid it.
Dali swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Boles uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Dali has time to react.
A solid leg kick lands there for Dali.

Dali connects with a good right hand that stumbles Boles. Boles circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

It looks like Jason Boles has been cut.
Dali lands a nice shot to the body.
Dali wants to slow Boles down by chopping away at his legs.

Dali tries to score with a low kick but Boles moves his leg out of the way.
Arany Dali seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Boles closes the distance and clinches.
Boles has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Dali is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Boles takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Boles throws a shot from downtown. Dali moves away and avoids it.
It seemed like Dali was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

and Dali counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

A looping hook to the body misses from Boles. Dali does a little dance to reset his feet.
Boles stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Dali.
Dali throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Boles stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Boles fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Boles is breathing heavily.
Dali lands a slapping body shot.

Dali is looking to slow Boles down with leg kicks.
Dali sizes up Boles with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Boles looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Boles is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Boles closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Dali works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Dali misses with a punch on the inside.
Boles blocks an uppercut.

Dali throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.

Dali has managed to clinch.
Boles is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Dali is pressed up against the cage. Boles has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Dali down to the mat. Dali avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Dali lands a big right hand that drops Boles! The killer instinct kicks in and Dali finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Dali!
