Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Damien Demento!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Crack Head!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Head looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Demento moves into the clinch successfully.
Head wants to take the fight to the mat but Demento manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Demento definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Demento is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Demento has Head pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Demento pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Head tumbling to the mat - Demento dives into Head's guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Demento postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Demento postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Head avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Demento wants to control from the top but Head keeps moving.
Demento is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Demento lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Demento distracts Head with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Demento connects with a couple of short punches.

Demento content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Head has locked up a guillotine! Head's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Demento is holding on here and Head must be using up a lot of energy. Demento has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Head gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Crack Head!
After winning the bout, Crack Head thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
