Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jan Kowalski!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Daniel Franklin and Sandra Marshall.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kowalski dives in and scores a takedown into Ever's guard.
Ever is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Kowalski dives into side control.


Kowalski decides to stand up, so the ref orders Ever to his feet.
Ever with a lazy takedown attempt
and Kowalski counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Ever misses with a takedown

and Kowalski counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Kowalski.
Ever can't find room to land a body shot as Kowalski controls the action.
Ever wants a takedown but no success here.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Worst Ever. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ever is breathing heavily.

Kowalski lands a takedown into guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Kowalski seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Ever could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Kowalski content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Kowalski pushing down on Ever's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Kowalski is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Kowalski thows a huge punch but Ever dodges it nicely.
Still in half guard, Kowalski seems content to control.

Kowalski looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Ever with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Kowalski is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Kowalski tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Kowalski breaks from Ever's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Kowalski controlling the position easily from mount.

Kowalski connects with a bit shot that sees Ever covering up! More strikes from Kowalski and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Kowalski is our winner by TKO!
