Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lord Wilmore (ranked 5262 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ron Duggan (ranked 3528 p4p, 486 weight class). Wilmore has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilmore throws a jab when Duggan was well out of range.

Duggan sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Wilmore's guard.

Wilmore is looking to get back to his feet here but Duggan is keeping cool and he's managed to take Wilmore's back.
Wilmore knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Duggan on the ground.

Duggan slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.

Wilmore is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Duggan gets his way!

Duggan is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Wilmore with him. Wilmore is trying to defend but Duggan has an arm under the chin now! Wilmore grimaces and is forced to tap out!
