Hanagan has chosen Cro Mags - We Gotta Know as his entrance music. Robert MacIntyre has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Charley Hanagan!
The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Chris Saunders and Colin Fray.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circle momentarily. MacIntyre darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Hanagan misses with a takedown attempt
and MacIntyre counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Hanagan fails with the takedown
and MacIntyre cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Hanagan lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but MacIntyre circles away quickly and effectively.
Hanagan shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. MacIntyre defends it nicely.
Robert MacIntyre has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Charley Hanagan.
Hanagan fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hanagan shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as MacIntyre sprawls well. MacIntyre wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hanagan gets slowly back to his feet.
Nice takedown defense from MacIntyre. No joy for Hanagan on that attempt.
MacIntyre has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Hanagan throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around MacIntyre's waist but MacIntyre gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hanagan off to one side.

MacIntyre cracks Hanagan with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. MacIntyre has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Hanagan to stand back up!

MacIntyre moves in close and cracks Hanagan with a massive right hand! Hanagan, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by MacIntyre!

A relieved looking Robert MacIntyre thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
