Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kenny Ramsey (ranked 5692 p4p, 619 weight class) and Samuel Dalmau (ranked 5533 p4p, 606 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Fedor Mirinova and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramsey tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Dalmau throws out a loose jab but Ramsey uses good head movement to avoid it.
Ramsey gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Ramsey swings widly with a right hand
and Dalmau counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Dalmau takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Dalmau throws a lazy right hand but Ramsey sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Samuel Dalmau seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ramsey uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Dalmau.

and Ramsey counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Dalmau throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Ramsey sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Dalmau tried to score with a low kick but Ramsey checks it.
Ramsey shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Ramsey is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Dalmau is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Ramsey.
An inside leg kick from Dalmau misses.
Ramsey's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Dalmau connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Ramsey scrambles back to his feet.
Ramsey is rocked!
Dalmau lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Ramsey up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Dalmau from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Ramsey's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Samuel Dalmau!
Our winner, Samuel Dalmau, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
Kenny Ramsey was interviewed post fight and said 'i ll be back stronger'.
