The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nagelburg uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Wood.
It looked like Nagelburg wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Wood lands a right hook to the body.
Wood throws a hook but Nagelburg blocks it.
Wood misses the shot to the body.
A slow jab from Nagelburg misses its intended target.
Wood throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

It looks like Ashton Wood has been cut.

Wood tries to counter with a clinch but Nagelburg shakes him off and moves away.

A nice inside leg kick there by Wood. That's going to slow Nagelburg down.

Wood connects with a nice looking jab.
Nagelburg bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Wood's head backwards.

Nagelburg is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Wood throws a head kick that misses.
Nagelburg swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Ashton Wood seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Nagelburg cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
