Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

0 - 8 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Fiachra MacNeill!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Maurie Pope!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnem�ki, Tarja Halkonen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pope bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps MacNeill's head backwards.
MacNeill misses with a lunging right hand
and Pope counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Fiachra MacNeill has been cut.
MacNeill throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Pope.
Pope lands a body shot.
MacNeill drops his hands momentarily and Pope takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Pope wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Pope throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
MacNeill is breathing heavily.
Pope cracks MacNeill with a left hook right on the temple and MacNeill goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Pope lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully MacNeill is OK!
