The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Loblaw misses with a double jab.
Loblaw tries a head kick but it misses.
A solid leg kick lands there for Loblaw.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Goldstein crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Loblaw - the referee stops the clock and Goldstein gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Loblaw. Goldstein manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Bob Loblaw seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Loblaw throws a big shot that misses.
The fight stays on the outside here - Loblaw looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Loblaw throws a series of punches but Goldstein moves out of range.
Loblaw shoots for a double leg takedown but Goldstein sprawls well. He's pushed Loblaw's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Loblaw looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Loblaw throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

and Goldstein decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Loblaw's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Goldstein postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Loblaw covers up, he's hurt! Goldstein keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Goldstein and the ref steps in to end the fight! Goldstein can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
