Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Millard Crawford (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henk Meijer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Nard Betker and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crawford takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Meijer drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Crawford is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Meijer off and has taken his back!

Crawford is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Crawford gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Crawford gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Crawford apologises and we restart here on the feet.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Meijer got a little sloppy there for a moment and Crawford has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Meijer has managed to get both his arms back between Crawford's legs - danger averted.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Millard Crawford.
I think Meijer has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
