The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stephens darts in and clinches Grant up against the cage.
Stephens lands a shoulder strike.
Stephens 's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Grant tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Stephens avoids it.
Grant is trying to break the clinch but Stephens is controlling him.
Stephens keeps control of Grant as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Stephens lands a knee to the body.
Stephens wants to stall.
Grant looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Stephens lands a nice elbow from the clinch.

It looks like Kenton Grant has been cut.

Grant manages to break the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Stephens moves in looking to clinch but Grant pushes him off.

Stephens instigates a clinch.
Stephens works on Grant's body with a couple of short punches.
A nice right hand lands inside from Stephens .
Stephens keeps control of Grant as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Stephens lands a hook that snaps the head of Grant backwards.

Stephens is pushing Grant up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
