PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Orpheus Holzer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Davy Gustafson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davy Gustafson told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gustafson looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Holzer feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Gustafsons jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Orpheus Holzer is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Holzer lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Holzer walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Gustafson drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Holzer swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Gustafson's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Orpheus Holzer spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
