Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jorge Gonzales (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chalup Batman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Batman rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

and Gonzales moves into the clinch.
Gonzales has Batman pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Batman manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Batman misses with the head strike.

Gonzales breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Batman fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gonzales manages to avoid it.

Gonzales shoots in and bounces Batman off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Gonzales pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Batman is keeping the position for now.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Batman looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Gonzales is defending well. Batman quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Gonzales has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Batman celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

Chalup Batman decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
