Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jarni Kutsoo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kyle Rad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Kutsoo might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Enter Sandman. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 32 - 32 - 0, fighting out of London, Jarni Kutsoo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 32 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kyle Rad!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Ren Mimura and Tatsuya Matsuyama.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
An inside leg kick lands from Rad.

Kutsoo postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Rad is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Kutsoo, into his guard.

Rad tries to free his leg and advance position but Kutsoo is retaining full guard.

Rad has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Kutsoo is proving hard to escape from.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Rad passes the guard and advances to mount!
Rad takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Rad gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

Kutsoo misses with a takedown
and Kutsoo takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Kutsoo dives in and grabs Rad's left leg, looking for a takedown. Rad pushes down on Kutsoo's head and hops out.

and Rad counters with a stiff right hand.
Kutsoo looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Kutsoo dives in and grabs Rad's left leg, looking for a takedown. Rad pushes down on Kutsoo's head and hops out.
Rad is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Kutsoo on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Rad. Rad obviously looking to wear him down.

Kutsoo closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Rad did well to prevent Kutsoo getting side control.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Rad has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Kutsoo has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Rad wants to break the clinch but can't.

Rad clobbers Kutsoo with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kutsoo closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Rad's guard.

Kutsoo drops back, looking for a kneebar! Rad looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Rad looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Rad!

Kutsoo is being controlled here.

Rad stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Rad throws a series of punches but Kutsoo moves out of range.
Kutsoo drops down looking for a counter takedown but Rad sprawls and moves away.

Rad fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Kutsoo has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Rad stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kutsoo swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Kyle Rad showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Rad scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Rad throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Kutsoo's head.

Kyle Rad comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Rad has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

During a confident post fight interview, Kyle Rad thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
