The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Salimanov shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Mcfadden napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Salimanov tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
Salimanov looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Mcfadden is avoiding damage well.
Salimanov creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Salimanov tries to advance to mount but Mcfadden denies him.
Mcfadden really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
The ground and pound from Salimanov seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.

Salimanov isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Mcfadden stacks Salimanov on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Mcfadden!

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

and Mcfadden counters with a left and a right that stings Salimanov.
