The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jung defending well as Volcanic loads up on a big left hand.

Volcanic drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Volcanic is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Jung's shoulder. That is not cool.
Jung is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Volcanic asserts his dominance and retains side control.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Jung can do anything to dispel that myth.

Volcanic throws an elbow that misses. Jung uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Volcanic's guard. Nice move by Jung!

Jung turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Jung manages to end up in side control.

Jung is trying to drag Volcanic to the mat but Volcanic just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
