Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Wilson Gouveia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Egan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Egan has chosen Eric B. and Rakim- I Aint No Joke as his entrance music. Brian Egan acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Egan misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Oooh a lovely combination from Egan sends Gouveia down but not out. Egan dives into side control looking to finish.

Gouveia is rocked!
Egan happy to just control the position for now.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Gouveia moves in looking to clinch but Egan pushes him off.
The fight stays on the outside here - Gouveia looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Egan lands a slapping body shot.

Egan misses with a series of wild punches.

Gouveia is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Egan has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Gouveia has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Egan taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Gouveia doesn't care though - he's delighted!
