Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Johannes Maanpohja (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Evan Better (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Better has chosen Mother by Danzig as his entrance music. Evan Better will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Paul Tew and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A solid leg kick lands there for Better.
Jab by Better.
Maanpohja drops his hands momentarily and Better takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Maanpohja closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Better's guard.
Better is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Maanpohja defends well.
Maanpohja is in close to Better's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Maanpohja has gone for a leg lock! Better slips out almost immediately though and dives into Maanpohja's guard.
Better slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Better trying to control but Maanpohja is working from the bottom.
Maanpohja is looking to cinch up a triangle. Better throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Maanpohja's body to avoid the submission. Maanpohja has instead reached around Better's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Maanpohja arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Johannes Maanpohja!
Johannes Maanpohja very nearly forgot to thank Fury Nutrition amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
